Project details

What to include

A chemical filler enquiry is strongest when it includes product, pack and production details.

Essential

  • Product description and SDS if relevant
  • Fill volume range
  • Container type and dimensions
  • Closure type
  • Target output
  • Semi-auto, automatic or unsure

Helpful

  • Photos and dimensions
  • Viscosity and foam behaviour
  • Compatibility notes
  • Existing line layout
  • Labelling/coding needs
  • Future pack sizes

Note

What happens next

Lancing will review the liquid, container, closure and output target, then advise which filling, capping or line equipment is worth considering.

FAQ

Chemical filling machine questions

Can I get advice before choosing a machine?

Yes. Send the project details and the team can help narrow the equipment choice before a final model is chosen.

Can Lancing support complete chemical packaging lines?

Yes. Filling, capping, labelling, conveying and wider line integration can be reviewed together.

Speak to Lancing

Need help choosing the right chemical filling machine?

Send the product, fill volume, container, closure and target output. Include SDS and compatibility notes where relevant.

Before a machine is recommended

Provide enough evidence to distinguish compatibility, performance and site risk.

A first enquiry does not need a finished specification, but it should identify what is known and what still needs testing. Product name alone is rarely enough for chemicals. Include an SDS where relevant, concentration and temperature, the required fill range, container and closure samples, target good output, cleaning method and any DSEAR, extraction, containment or material restrictions.

Do not send hazardous product samples until handling, quantity, transport and return or disposal arrangements have been agreed with Lancing.

Structured enquiry

Use the checklist to reduce follow-up questions.

Record unknown items as “to be confirmed” so they can be addressed during review or trial.
